Quality Checkpoints & Quality Documentation
At Fasteners and Fixtures LLP, quality is built into every stage of our manufacturing process.
We follow a structured inspection system to ensure defect-free, reliable products that meet
international standards.
- Incoming Raw Material Inspection
All raw materials are thoroughly inspected upon receipt to verify chemical composition,
mechanical properties, and compliance with specified standards. - In-Process (Stage) Inspection
Continuous inspections are carried out during production to ensure dimensional accuracy,
process consistency, and 100% defect-free output, minimizing rework and ensuring
product integrity. - Pre-Dispatch Inspection
Final inspection is conducted before dispatch to confirm conformity to drawings,
specifications, surface finish, and packaging requirements. - Third-Party Inspection (TPI)
We offer third-party inspections through reputed and globally recognized agencies such
as TÜV SÜD, TÜV Nord, Bureau Veritas, and SGS, as per customer or project
requirements. - Quality & Compliance Documents with Material
Each consignment is supplied with complete and traceable quality documentation,
including Mill Test Certificates (MTC as per EN 10204 3.1 / 3.2, as applicable),
dimensional inspection reports, heat treatment records, COO, and inspection release notes.
All documents ensure full material traceability and compliance with customer
specifications, international standards, and project requirements.
